The kids all wanted to watch the new movie UP in 3D...was fun!Standing at attention is our wonderful son Jeremy! He's such a blessing! Makes us proud as parents, he's a great young man!!
Katie (R) & Corrin (L), who were attached at the hip all week, so we had an "extra" kid lol...loved it! Amanduck...our next kid to "leave the nest" in May~! We're so proud of our Amanda! 
Mo isn't a little girl anymore! look how pretty she is!! She grew 3 inches since last march! wow-we're so Blessed!

As the kids are getting older and having their own lives the next few years are going to be in flux regarding holidays, so I'm SO glad we had this Christmas with the 8 of them together for 4 days!
Jeff and I feel so proud and blessed to have these kids in our lives!! The four of us have just taken it easy today, slept in, had a small breakfast, the boys watched Christmas movies and played with their two new toys they got with their money from Gma Jean. Jeff made macNcheese for the boys and steak/mashed taters/corn for us, we listened to the Blazers kick the Nuggets bum!!! and are now getting ready for bed after reading from scriptures about the Saviors birth to the boys. Quien was so adorble, he was asking about John and Jesus being cousins and how it was nice that Jesus had family close to him like we do. It is really great having my folks close by, and having my neices visit often. Soon we'll have Jeff's folks here for a bit to visit and bond with. And of course we're all looking forward to having so much of the whole family here for Quien's big day Feb 6th!! His favorite gift was the silver CTR ring he got from our secretSanta-it came in a special little silk oriental bag. He keeps it on his shelf in his room-it's very very special to him.
Elliot is a great little shopper already-he had $20 to spend that Gma Jean gave him in his stocking. Well, Quien spent his on 1 transforming StarWars Clone trooper. Well, Elliot saw these BumbleBee and other Transformers he wanted too, and when I told him that they were only $10 each he said "hey, I can get 2 of those!" Yep, he's my little genius :)
Tyler, Monica and Katie all got new cell phones from their father-so I have leashes on them all now! lol ;-p
Jeff got this gorgeous red sweater from our secretSanta, and I was shocked to see a beautiful gold/lapis necklace for me!
The kids all got great stuff too-besides Q's CTR ring he and Ellliot each got a $10 gift cert for BABW-which they cannot wait to spend tomorrow at the mall! lol
Elliot also got a ScoobyDoo movie, scarf/hat/glove set (which Quien, Monica and Katie also got)
Monica laughed because she got what most people think a teenager would want nowadays-the Twilight DVD...so, she gave it to me :)
Katie got a gag gift of a card game and also a frame she of course put a pic of her and Corrin right into it.
Amanda was jazzed for getting a Ducks lanyard and then Jeff and I got her a wood handcrafted box from Indonesia with some jewelry I handed down to her from my collection.
And Amie also got a box with a matching set of mood jewelry-butterlfies.
They both got toe socks which I thought was hillarious!
We gave Jeremy a 11x13 pic of the Portland Temple for his new apartment along with a framed note we'd recieved on our windshield a few weeks ago from someone that wanted to thank our son for serving our country. I gave it to him so that he'll be able to look at it and remember there are people out there who appreciate what he's doing. He also got a really nice journal from our secretSanta.
Ty got Battleship game and a really cool book, plus I'd made he and the boys a Dream catcher, and I gave Katie and Mo one too. It's something from NewMoon, but it's also something I had when I was younger as I have NativeAmerican heritage on my father's side. The two youngest boys made me hang it up right away and said this morning "Mamma, it works! I had GREAT dreams last night!!"

Jeff and I are so grateful to our secretSanta-we have no real idea who he/she is, but we pray God blesses them greatly for making our Christmas enjoyable!!
Jeff's knee is getting worse, so please pray something good happens for us-right now we're mainly praying for workmans' comp to kick in, but there's no idea of how that will go.
So, right now all we have is the reffing contracts to make money. Which isn't panning out as we'd hoped when we put all that money into it last spring/summer-especially since his knee is injured and he can barely walk after a game.
Blessed be my homeopathic meds are keeping my health problems at bay and so I've been able to keep the family going as best as we can with our trials.
Even with everything going on, we are SO thankful for our life-we love eachother beyond reason, adore our children more then most of them know and are so grateful for the gospel in our life!!
We pray you all had a wonderful Christmas and we know that 2010 will be a FABULOUS year!!
