ok, so it didn't end up being at ChuckeeCheese.....mainly my fault-I've been so ill lately that I just never got around to reserving a spot for the party, and then we went there and of course it was too crammed full of kids to even get into it.
Luckily for this Mamma I have 2 boys who are easy going and not spoiled-and two great parents who offered to have the party at their house.
(so of course Jeff took the opportunity to watch the Blazer game on the big screen lol-they lost in overtime, it was depressing)
Quien got a guitar-which he'd been asking for
Elliot got a drum keypad that makes all kinds of neat noises and he can take with him everywhere.
They LOVE their gifts!!
And they also picked out umbrellas at Target with some money Gma & Gpa Hoagland had sent them.
Quien got the Transformers one and Elliot got Speedracer (because that's his new favorite since he's #5 and Elliot's 5 now. lol)
They both need new shoes so we'll most likely go get some with the b-day money Farfar & Farmor sent them.
They loved the cards they got from all the family-thank you to everyone.
Here are some more pix of the boys enjoying themselves and being such good natured little boys. Elliot didn't want me to take his picture in the truck-then he smiled for me though. Quien was still wearing his Fire man hat from the Family Wellness night Friday at their elementary school.
