Aren't they adorable? They're also little stinkers that get into all kinds of mischief. :OP

They are my joy in parenting though, because they are my only two that I'm getting to raise with Jeff.

We also love our other 7 kids here on earth, but it's hard having to share them with their other parents most of the time. It's a difficult and heartrenching way to parent.

But with Quien and Elliot we get to raise them the way we believe is right-and not have anyone else constantly undermining our authority.

Quien and Elliot are very well behaved-for being 4 and 6 year old boys, and they give us hope that we will be successful as parents. We pray so much for our children, all 9 of them, that they will know we love them and that they will grow to have the faith in God we know will lead them to happiness no matter what their lives throw at them.

It's so great to know that with Q and Elly we wont' miss out on firsts, on school functions and sports. Boy Scouts is something Jeff is soooo looking forward to with our two boys!! We both feel that these two precious souls are our chance to really show Heavenly father that we can be the kind of parents He wants us to be.

And we're trying so much to be good parents to the other 7 children in whatever way their other parents will allow us to be.

We're so blessed, and pray that perhaps someday we'll be able to have more children-even if it's not in this lifetime.
